215.º Aniversário da Banda Filarmónica Ovarense

The Banda Filarmónica Ovarense celebrates 215 years of existence with a commemorative concert at the Centro de Arte de Ovar. Over more than two centuries, the band has been part of the musical and cultural life of the city, and tonight serves to reflect on that journey and what lies ahead. The musical direction is under the baton of maestro Tiago Correia, who conducts the musicians of the band itself. The programme is conceived as a tribute to the history of the institution and to the commitment it maintains with music and the community. The concert lasts approximately 90 minutes and is recommended from age 6 onwards, making it accessible to those who wish to discover philharmonic music as a family or to those who already follow the band closely.
