The Alchemy of Form is a temporary exhibition dedicated to contemporary hat-making, bringing together the work of members of the Spanish Hat-makers Association. Rather than a single perspective, visitors encounter many artistic voices, each presenting a piece in which the creator expresses their journey, their experience, their aesthetic, their techniques and their inspirations. The collection ranges from traditional techniques and materials to contemporary forms, featuring unexpected textures, sculptural silhouettes and innovative approaches. It demonstrates how the hat can be simultaneously a craft, a design object and a sculpture. The exhibition is housed in the temporary exhibitions room of the Hat Museum and will remain on display for almost a year. It is a valuable opportunity for those interested in fashion, arts and crafts, or who wish to see what is being created today in hat-making in Spain.
