About
A Little Bigger is a jazz concert in which pianist and composer Aaron Parks presents his music in a large ensemble format, alongside the Espinho Jazz Orchestra. The program draws from Aaron Parks' own work, reinvented in arrangements by Remy Le Boeuf, Franky Rousseau and Damiano Pascarelli. The title suggests this change of scale: music conceived for piano and small groups gains the dimension and colours of a jazz orchestra. It is a concert for those who already follow Parks' writing and want to hear it in a different guise, and also for those seeking contemporary jazz with the weight and energy of an orchestra.
