Ambiente Imagens Dispersas is the Ovar City International Nature Photography Meeting, which reaches its 22nd edition on December 5 and 6, at the Ovar Art Centre. It is promoted by the Associação Amigos do Cáster and uses photography as a starting point to reflect on natural heritage and the need to preserve it. The programme brings together a photography competition, exhibitions, a series of lectures and workshops on photography and visual and environmental education. It brings together photographers, videographers, illustrators and conservationists, combining different perspectives on the relationship between art, nature and knowledge. This edition highlights the work of natural landscape photographer Mário Cunha, with special attention to one of his central themes: the Peneda-Gerês National Park. Admission is free and the initiative is aimed at all audiences.
