Bailes Seniores de Espinho

About

Senior Dances is a cycle of afternoon dance events promoted by the Municipality of Espinho for the senior population of the municipality. They take place in the Noble Hall of Piscina Solário Atlântico, between May and December 2026, always from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Each gathering has a party theme. The first, on May 24th, was the Spring Festival. This is followed by the Popular Saints Festival, on June 28th, and the Grandparents' Day Festival, on July 26th. Music and dancing fill the afternoon, in an atmosphere of conviviality. More than just entertainment, the cycle aims to be a meeting point. The objective is to combat social isolation and promote active ageing, well-being and the participation of older people in the life of the municipality.
