Baleia Baleia Baleia
Novas Quintas
About
Baleia Baleia Baleia is a duo from Porto formed by Manuel Molarinho (bass and vocals) and Ricardo Cabral (drums and vocals). Since 2015, it has established itself as one of the most active bands in the Portuguese underground scene, with hundreds of concerts in Portugal and abroad and a career accompanied by critical acclaim. The concert at Sala Estúdio do Teatro Aveirense is part of the Novas Quintas cycle and showcases the duo's third original album, OUTRA VEZ ARROZ, released in 2026. With only bass, drums and two voices, the duo opts for a lean and direct formation, characteristic of the independent scene. It is a good gateway for those wanting to discover the alternative music being made in Portugal, in an intimate format. The show is a co-production of Teatro Aveirense with Arruada and is recommended for ages 6 and up.
