Berlim 5.39
About
Berlim 5.39 is an original music project by Gabriel Neves (saxophones) and Inês Lamela (piano and keyboards). It emerges from the meeting of two distinct musical paths, which construct here a common language based on composition, improvisation and instrumental narrative. The music is situated in a territory that crosses contemporary jazz, improvised music, electronics, contemporary classical music and world music, without closing itself off in any of them. The approach is personal, intimate and communicative, based on listening, dialogue and shared creation between the two musicians. The concert is part of the Às Quintas programme, at the Café-Concerto Space of Cineteatro Alba, and is free entry.
