The Witches' Walk of Fermelã, in the municipality of Estarreja, gains this year the "The Harvest" strand and becomes an immersive walk, built around a story that unfolds along the route. It is about four kilometres through trails of medium/low difficulty, starting and finishing at ACADOF facilities. Participants are no longer mere spectators and enter the storyline, encountering scenarios, characters, sounds, music, lighting and moments of interaction. The initiative was born in 2022 as a way to celebrate Halloween with the community and already surpassed 350 registrations in the previous edition. It counts on volunteers of various ages, landowners who provide land, homes that are part of the route and associations from the Union of Civil Parishes of Canelas and Fermelã. It is a proposal for all ages, with scares and entertainment, conceived as a moment of socialising and valuing the territory.
