Cartografia Sonora Imaginária
Festivais de Outono, Biblioteca UA
Part of Festivais de Outono da Universidade de Aveiro 2026 (22.ª edição)
About
Imaginary Sound Cartography (ISC) is an artistic experience in which music and image merge into a discourse made of memories, reminiscences, reverberations and provocations, constructed live and in real time. The stage ceases to be merely a stage and functions as a window, viewpoint, telescope or resonance chamber. The show is presented at the Jazz Studies Centre, in the Library of the University of Aveiro, and is part of the UA Autumn Festivals, which reach their 22nd edition this year under the theme "Music +". The programming crosses music with literature, painting, dance, theatre and new media. It is a proposal designed for those who like to listen and look at the same time, open to audiences from 6 years old.
