Concerto Solidário
Orquestra Ligeira do Exército
About
The Army Light Orchestra takes the stage at the Grande Auditório do Europarque for a benefit concert as part of the celebrations marking the 95th anniversary of the Associação Humanitária dos Bombeiros Voluntários de Esmoriz. The evening's theme is "A night of music to help those who help us". The orchestra is known for its repertoire versatility and stage energy. The program spans different styles and generations, from great classics to jazz, passing through pop and Portuguese music, and was designed for audiences of all ages. Each ticket functions as a donation: the total box office revenue goes to the Bombeiros Voluntários de Esmoriz and helps finance protective equipment and other essential means for the corporation's rescue mission. It is a concert for those who want to hear varied music and, at the same time, support a local cause.
