Dar Corpo à Sabedoria Popular

About

Dar Corpo à Sabedoria Popular is a theater and comedy show in which a group of people from the community brings to the stage folk songs, proverbs, popular expressions and memories passed down from generation to generation. With creativity and plenty of humor, tradition gains new life and is playfully performed on stage. The creation is from the Projeto Expressiv(a)idade, from the Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro, and brings together people of various ages in community theater work. The show takes place in the auditorium of Quartel das Artes and has a duration of 87 minutes. It is part of the initiative "Idade Maior em Festa", which the Municipality promotes throughout the month of October. It is suitable for ages 6 and up and can be enjoyed as a family, especially for those who enjoy recognizing sayings and songs they already know from home on stage.
