"Em Casa d'Amália" started as a television programme that recreates the evenings when Amália Rodrigues would open her house to personalities from the most diverse arts. Through conversations, stories and performances, the spirit of the salon gatherings that the fado singer cultivated is revived. Launched in 2019, on the centenary of Amália, the programme airs on RTP1 in prime time, became a ratings leader and received the Portuguese Society of Authors Award for Best Entertainment Programme of 2024. Now the project leaves the screen and comes to the stage as a live concert, maintaining the same format and the tribute to Amália's legacy and Portuguese culture. It takes place in the auditorium of Quartel das Artes and is recommended for ages 6 and over.
