Open-air craft fair on Avenida Emídio Navarro, in the centre of the Luso thermal spa town. It brings together craftspeople from the Mealhada municipality and beyond, who display and sell their work directly to the public. Among the usual pieces and products are wooden flowers, paintings, embroidery, paper pulp dolls, bolos de cornos, plants, costume jewellery, crackers and biscuits. The fair is a good opportunity to chat with the makers, learn about manual work techniques and take home products linked to local tradition. It is part of the Luso entertainment programme and is promoted by the Mealhada Municipality. Admission is free, and the walk down the avenue, with Serra do Bussaco as a backdrop, is suitable for families, residents and visitors.
