M de Manifesto

M de Manifesto is a multidisciplinary performance by Companhia Música Teatral that draws from real stories to reflect on what it means to be a woman. It combines music, theatre and movement in a succession of performative scenes. The scenes explore various dimensions of female experience: from childhood to motherhood, from invisibility to resistance, from the imposition of social roles to the possibility of deconstructing them. The performance is also participatory. Testimonies from young people who took part in the "Bastidores de M de Manifesto" initiative are integrated into the piece and give voice to the impact of roles assigned to men and women. It is aimed at a more adult audience, with an M/12 rating, and includes a free babysitting service.
