Exhibition of iconic album covers and albums by Miles Davis and John Coltrane, organized to mark the centenary of the birth of these two musicians, central figures in jazz history. The curation is by Jazz Messengers and the exhibition brings together records that have marked several generations and continue to inspire musicians around the world. The exhibition occupies the Central Square of the 8ª Avenida shopping center, on level 0, with free admission, and runs until November 1st. It opens on the same day as the first live music showcase of Avenida Jazz, programming that precedes the Novembro Jazz festival, promoted by Casa da Criatividade and the Municipality of São João da Madeira. It serves both those who already know these albums and those who want to start listening to Miles and Trane, in a passageway space and without a ticket.
