Novos Talentos Gargalhão

About

Session of the Gargalhão new talents competition – International Comedy Festival of São João da Madeira, which reaches its 9th edition this year (October 18 to November 7). The competition is one of the festival's novelties: emerging comedians take the stage to try to secure a place in the final, and the winner performs on the last day of the festival. The evening features Joca Silva. Gargalhão, created in 2015 and now promoted by Associação Gargalhão, combines stand-up, theatre, clowning, music and training, and brings comedy to factories, associations, schools and street spaces, as well as to Sala dos Fornos at Oliva Creative Factory. A good opportunity to discover new names in comedy before they reach bigger stages.
