About
Puppet show for families in which childhood memories take shape on stage. The story is seen through the eyes of little Pedro, who recalls a time when his grandfather was a sea hero and his grandmother was a sea of affection. The play starts from a simple idea: there is a moment in childhood when memories are stored in the heart and shape us forever. The show transforms these memories into a journey, a territory and a home, a space of emotions that continues to inhabit those who lived them. Artistic direction and performance are by Filipa Mesquita, with text by Pedro Seromenho. The puppets, set design and costumes are the result of work by enVide neFelibata, Joana Nogueira and Vânia Kosta, and the scenic music is by Fernando Mota. It is directed at children aged 4 to 12, accompanied by an adult, and lasts 45 minutes.
