Salvador Sobral: "A Flor do Recomeço"

About

Salvador Sobral presents live "A Flor do Recomeço", his new album, in a concert at Casa da Cultura de Ílhavo. The album is composed exclusively of unpublished songs by Brazilian authors, among them Adriana Calcanhotto, Arnaldo Antunes, Céu, Marcelo Camelo, Mallu Magalhães, Marcos Valle and Tim Bernardes. Production is by Marcus Preto and Tó Brandileone. The album brings Salvador Sobral's voice closer to a universe of Brazilian composition that is part of his affective and musical imagination. On stage, the new songs take shape in an intimate concert that crosses the sounds from both sides of the Atlantic. Salvador Sobral is accompanied by piano (Katerina L'Dokova), saxophone (Eva Fernandez), guitars (Sebastià Gris), double bass (André Rosinha) and drums and percussion (Joel Silva). It is a concert for those who like songwriting and want to hear a new repertoire, yet to be discovered.
