Sessão de cinema 23 Milhas

About

Sala Estúdio Cinema, in Ílhavo, next to the Centro de Religiosidade Marítima, programs a film every two weeks on Thursdays. This is one of four sessions in the last quarter of the year, repeated on October 8 and 22 and on November 5 and 19. The cinema is part of 23 Milhas, the cultural project of the Municipality of Ílhavo, and launched its regular cinema programming in 2026. The films already shown include author-driven titles and recent releases from directors such as Jim Jarmusch, Josh Safdie, Chloé Zhao and Emerald Fennell, and the cinema announces thematic cycles throughout the year. The title of this session is announced on the 23 Milhas social media and on the cinema's own poster. It is a good option for those who want to watch cinema in a small venue format, close to home, without having to go to large centres.
