SOUND IMMERSION – Lugares da Memória is an immersive sound experience created by Luís Antero, centred on the soundscape and memory of places. The proposal invites the audience to listen to the territory in a different way, through sound as a gateway to memories and local identities. The session is part of the ART&TUR programme, the International Film Festival for Tourism, which this year reaches its 19th edition and takes place in Ovar, from 27 to 30 October. Founded in 2008, the festival honours audiovisual productions dedicated to promoting destinations and territories, and brings together films, documentaries, debates, masterclasses and cultural moments. It is a proposal for those interested in experimental music, ambient sound and the relationship between culture, memory and territory, at a festival that brings together professionals from film, audiovisual and tourism.
