Together to get there

About

Together to get there is a dance performance for two performers, Akira Yoshida and Lali Ayguadé, who also sign the creation. It starts from a simple image: the meeting between two people, an embrace, the presence of the other and a relationship that transforms. Without resorting to words, the two build a language of movement, trust and listening. Between balance and imbalance, fragility and strength, proximity and distance, the piece follows the evolution of this relationship, in which differences, the desire for control and instability emerge. The bodies show how support and vulnerability are part of living with the other. The artistic team includes lighting design by Fermin Izko, musical composition by Donald Beteille, dramaturgy by Jordi Oriol and costumes by Ferrán Casanova. With approximately 52 minutes, with no interval, it can be seen by diverse audiences, from 6 years old.
